    Exporting data from .tdf files through IGV

    Hello All,

    I have multiple .tdf files that can be easily imported into IGV for viewing. My goal is to get the corresponding value (signal value) of selected regions.

    Although these values are shown in the IGV data-tip, when I export the "selected region" only the coordinates are saved and not the actual signal value.

    Can you please let me know if there is any other way that I can get signal information for the regions of interest?
