We are looking for a bioinformatic collaborator for a short term analysis project. We have data from a new method that is similar to 3C,Hi-C, ChIA-PET and want to create datasets of specific peak-sets at different distances from predicted transcription start sites. We would need someone with who could provide a quick turn around, from discussing the project and ways to analyze in the next few weeks, receiving the sequencing data mid-September and returning the datasets within a short time frame (2-4 weeks). We could either arrange this as a shared authorship situation or pay-for service contract. We are at a smaller institution without a lot of bioinformatic specialists. Coming to visit and doing the project on site with our computer network is an option.
