  • human Pangenome project

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but giving it a try.
Has anyone worked with the new 47 human pangenomes? I'm trying to figure out how and where to download the full assemblies for each one are located. I was able to get them from:

Assemblies from HPP Year 1 production. Contribute to human-pangenomics/HPP_Year1_Assemblies development by creating an account on GitHub.

but the chromosome names are odd. I assume that they can be translated back to the normal chromosome labels (chr1, chr2, etc.), but I'm not seeing a way to do this. Perhaps, I'm getting the wrong files or missing how to do this! (note that I am looking for the assembled genomes of each sample and not the raw reads).

Thanks for any help or advice.

Actually, I don't have any proper idea on this topic though I have asked a few members and friends to research it. If they get anything related to this topic I will let you know. Thank you.
