    hg38 genome without "N"

Is there any version of hg38 genome that has no "N" at all (all ATGC)? I am trying to analyze the GC content of the telomere region, but most of it is "N" only. I heard that there is an "unmasked" version of hg38 genome that includes the most probable bases, but can't find it anywhere.

Another question is, is there any bed file that has the genomic coordinates for the telomere region of the chromosomes of the hg38 genome?
