Hello,
I am a new user and am not sure in which forum to ask this question (or really, how best to ask it, so please bear with me)-
I currently have a full-length 16S rRNA dataset from about 50 organisms isolated from the same soil sample. I would like to compare this dataset to a metagenomic dataset from this soil. The idea behind this is to see if the isolated organisms are representative of the total bacterial population.
Is it possible to combine 'small' and 'large' datasets, and if so, how would I go about doing this?
Thanks!!
