    Custom Microarrays on NextSeq550

    Hello,

    I was looking at the microarray kits compatible with the NextSeq550 system. I am partocularly interested in the custom arrays but on the Illumina's website it is stated that the custom arrays are compatible only with iScan and HiScan.

    Does anyone have any information as to why custom arrays are not compatible or, alternatively, if anyone has tried scanning custom arrays on the NextSeq550?
