Phase contrast scope recommendation

Figured I'd try the boards here since the goal is single-cell sequencing.. does anyone have a recommendation for a good inverse phase contrast scope that won't blow the budget? I'd like to spend $5-7k. I need to visualize euk. cell cultures.
