Obtaining unique sequence tag file from fastQ format

Hello everybody, I am a newbie to NGS. I was given some data files (.sra/fastq files).I would please like to know how i can get each of the sequence read and its corresponding frequency in the file.

SEQUENCE # of reads
AGCTCTTCTCGAT 56 (for eg: some number)

Would be grateful to your help..Thanks in advance....
