Hello everyone.
I'm a bioinformatician at the national institute for genomic medicine in Mexico.
We have a SOLiD 4 sequencer, but no bioscope or lifescope. We have but three medium sized computers, and a bunch of small ones. So I'm learning how to hack bfast for parallelization.
Too long have I lurked, mostly finding what I was looking for. Yet it is now time to seek answers to questions of my own!
