I'm working in Montreal, Canada.
Using GAIIx and Hiseq and doing sample prep for mostly exome sequencing.
Did someone use Nextera exome sample prep? How many duplicates did you get starting with 50ng of DNA and doing 10 cycles for PCR amplification (using 20ul of tagmented and cleaned DNA) before exome capture? We usually pool 6 samples pre-capture and sequenced PE 100bp. We wanted to compare Truseq and Nextera but we don't want too much PCR duplicates.
