Hi everybody,
I'm a master student at Ghent University, and I am analyzing pyrosequencing reads from various regions in the Antarctic. At the moment I'm mostly trying to interpret the classification results I get from different databases, and I'm especially intrigued about the number of sequences that are totally unclassified. I am trying to figure out if they really represent new taxa, or if they are the result of some kind of sequencing error/other errors.
Kind regards,
Sam
