Hi, my name is Kevin McCormick. I recently finished my Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Delaware, with a concentration in Bioinformatics. I have significant experience with processing and analyzing sequencing data, for various formats (small RNA, RNA-seq, PacBio) and for various organisms (mostly plants, some bacteria).
