I've been reading this forum for a while now and have gotten a lot from your valuable discussions. I look forward to maybe contributing one day soon.
I'm a butterfly scientist doing individual and pooled sequencing using Illumina and Pacbio data. These hybrid assemblies are a new thing and I'm learning a lot as I go on. I hope there are some other folks out there trying these out too!
