    hello from a newbie

    Hi

    I am a postdoc in Germany studying evolution of fish. I hope to soon start using 454 technology to study ESTs. I am new to this pipeline and particularly interested in learning about data management and the pipelines people prefer to get a handle on so much data and next gen seq for gene expression in general.
