Excited to join this distinguished group! I'm a grad student at a large public university in the Pacific Northwest region of the US. I study genetic interactions between plants and fungal pathogens. I have a large RNA-seq dataset obtained on an Ion Proton, and I'm looking forward to analyzing my data to their full potential. Cheers!

The immune system’s power comes from its genetic diversity, allowing myriad threats to be neutralized through first recognizing foreign antigens. That diversity is also what makes the immune system so difficult to study.
