Newbie in NGS data analysis

It is nice to join seqanswers community.
I am trainee in a Biotech company and trying to learn how to analyse NGS data (Miseq Illumina) because I want to study further in Bioinformatics in New Zealand. My background is biotechnology, not bioinformatics so that it's difficult for me to get all the informatics ideas
. I hope I will find many helping hands here
