My name is Costas, I am working for the computational biology team at Breakthrough (Institute of Cancer Research). Breakthrough is in the process of acquiring a Solexa NGS machine, which will be used for addressing breast cancer related questions, and we are going to set up the computational side of things, using an IBM BladeCenter.
