Bayesian Statistician in Bioinformatics
Hey SEQ users,
This is my first post in this forum, so though I'd better say hello.
I am a Bioinformatic Officer at a company in Cambridge having recently gained by PhD in Bayesian Statistics (finally!). My interests are in statistical modelling, Complex Systems models and alignment strategies, amongst others.
I will try and answer as much as I can, and will be asking a lot of questions as well. Feel free to swing me an email if you think your work might be of interest to me, or vice versa.
