Hi all - good to find this forum and to read such great threads. Big help to my work and finding resources.

I'm a researcher in the UK looking at pest arthropods and am about to embark on looking at diversity on multiple spatial levels and then relate that to pathogenicity using GWAS.

I have done RNAseq but never worked on DNA sequencing.

Will be asking a lot about ddRAD-seq, particularly experimental design.
