Just a little introduction of myself.I wam a molecular biologist and recently working on the bioinformatics side of things.I work on antimicrobial resistance genes and SNPs project.I basically scan our database with different strains of bacteria ti identify snps present.
My role involves finding snps and maintaining the database.i am also incharge of optimising and validating the bioinformatics pipeline we use in house.
Nice to be in a forum where you can get help as i am quite new to bioinformatics.
