First of all, THIS FORUM IS REALLY GREAT!
I'm a bioinformatician and I'm working on populations of cells using a combination of several "omic" approaches (transcriptomic, genomic, proteomic, interactomic and regulomic) in order to decipher the regulatory networks controlling the differentiation of these cells. Even if I'm not a newcomer to the transcriptomic field I'm currently analyzing my first data from NGS technologies (Illumina RNA-Seq).
Looking forward to excellent scientific exchanges!
