Hello everybody,
My name is Thomas Enriquez, I'm a PhD student in the university of Rennes (France). I'm working on the cold tolerance of Drosophila suzukii, an invasive pest of red berries. The idea is to study the underlying mechanisms of cold tolerance induction in this fly.
I'm pretty new to NGS analysis, but I will to help if I can. I will have some questions about rnaseq data analysis using Galaxy, that I wil post on an other topic.
