My name is Samuel. I'm working on the analysis of pool-seq data in Drosophila. I'm particularly interested in improving my knowledge of bioinformatics, as I'm thinking of potentially pursuing a career in it someday. Currently my experience has been fairly rudimentary, just using various pre-existing software to analyze pooled short read data. I'd appreciate any suggestions about doing becoming better with bioinformatics.
