Hi there,

I'm a plant biologist who's studying abiotic stress. Does anyone happen to know of some publicly-available databases where plant (arabidopsis, rice, etc.) transcriptomic data is stored?

I'm only aware of GEO and the (now in hiatus?) Sequence Read Archive.
