Mapman 4 ~ RNAseq analysis
Good day fellow PhD candidates and Experts
Please excuse my English it is not my native tongue.
I have done my RNAseq on A.thaliana (col-0) and have my differential gene lists. Also was able to load it all into Map-man. Very useful tool. Unfortunately it appears to be out of date with its GO mapping. I observed Map-man4 is out with better annotations but is is part of an other system and you can not import the mapping files into map-man 3.5.X.
Is there a way to get access to those mappings? What are my options? AgriGO also seem to be broken now that Flash player has been retired.
