Hello all,
I have several immediate openings in my computational genomics group at Harvard Medical School. A couple of the positions are mainly on algorithm development while the rest combines methodological work with applications. We are generating a lot of data from Illumina, SOLiD, and Helicos and need great people who will make cool discoveries! We focus mainly on ChIP-seq and copy number analysis, but also deal with other data types. We're also involved in a couple of large consortium projects that are providing some fantastic data sets (we just received a bunch of cancer genomes!) Please see the attached announcement for more information.
