Our lab is focused on the regulation of transcription initiation by nuclear receptors. We are seeking a postdoctoral candidate with strong bioinformatic training in analysis of whole genome ChIP-seq, ChIP-chip, motif analysis and sequence alignment to develop and implement a pipeline for data analysis. Successful candidates will have knowledge of programming languages such as Perl (or similar) and R, as well as an understanding of statistics.
