We are seeking someone with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or other closely related field, to join our NGS research and development team. Prior experience with library and sample preparation is preferable. The candidate would work independently on R&D projects and report to a product manager. The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to problem solve and effectively discuss data at meetings. Data organization and presentation is an important part of the position. Bioinformatics or automated liquid handling experience is a plus.
Requirements:
• Proven hands on skills in the laboratory with at least 3-4 years of Molecular Biology experience.
• Experience with library preparation, specifically RNA or DNA.
