how to run Trinity in DIAG

Hi everyone,

I plan to run trinity in DIAG. Currently, I have install cisco and putty, but still do not know how to run it. I read the introduction here (http://wiki.diagcomputing.org/index.php/Trinity).

Should I transfer my sequence files to DIAG? How to do it?
