  • How does MEME-ChIP selects the training set?

    For example, each of the "motif location" sections only shows the motif occurrences in 50 peaks. I searched online and read its manual but couldn't find what MEME-ChIP does. Does it show motif occurrences in 50 out of the "training set"?

      Thanks! So MEME only samples 600 peaks out of my input sequences. It's odd that neither its website or manual says anything for this.
