Methods for DNAm at 350 CpG sites in Humans
Hi Community,
I want to measure methylation at ~350 specific CpG sites scattered throughout the human genome for between 500-800 individuals.
Is there any cost effective way to do this? If there is anything, walking me through it step-by-step would be very helpful, and any (even very rough estimates) of the costs would be tremendous.
I'm coming at this more from the data analysis end, so my training in molecular biology techniques is very limited, so bear with me!
