    All Exome using amplified gDNA strategy ???

    Hi,

    I planed to use sureselect all exome kit rapidely. The protocol mentions that 3µg of gDNA are needed to perfom the capture. For few precious samples, we cannot provided the amount needed (We just have up to 250ng of gDNA). We have consider seriously to use a WGA approach.

    Had anyone used amplified gDNA to sequence exome ? If yes, did you fund some problems (coverage uniformity trouble, false positive SNV/SNP) ???
