Where can I get intron exon juntion information (splice site)?

Hi,

I am a newbie to bioinformatics, so please correct me if I make any mistakes.

Right now I want to get sequence data of different genes, I believe that this available from GenBank and UCSC Genome Browser. But I don't know where I can get information about the intron, exon information (where the splice sites are).

Can somebody tell me where I can find the information I need?
