cuffmerge problem

Hi all,

When I run

cuffmerge -g ~/hg19_ucsc.gtf gtflist.txt

It stoped when it showed " Converting GTF files to SAM".
And there is no result in the folder merge_asm.

gtflist.txt include all transcript.gtf result from cufflinks

So what is this problem
