Novel transcripts detecting
Hi, every body~
I have some questions about the RNA-seq analysis, First, i want to know if there have some workflows about Novel-transcripts detecting, or whether there existed some standards about novel transcripts; Second, we all know that if we want to find the similarity
sequence ralative to the reference, we can use Blast or Blat to find these sequences, but if we want to detecting the transcripts that part similar to the reference or different to the reference, how we can do that, or what's this standard, if there have some program can solove this problem? thank you !!!
