small ran sequencing result problem
I've got the results of small rna from an insect sequenced by solexa, but the size distribution is very strange. Cause I found common peak of small rna size distribution peak is about 21~22, but I got 18~19. Is it possible or there is something wrong with the result? can anyone help, thanks a lot
