We are taking iReport RNA-Seq to the next level by supporting the visualization and interpretation of isoform-specific expression data and need your help making sure these new features will enable researchers get the most out of their data.
If you have human RNA-Seq isoform-level data in Cuffdiff format and are interested in participating in our beta program please contact me directly at [email protected] for more details. We can also work with you if your isoform data is in a format other than Cuffdiff.
