    RNA Shield

We are looking at this product (RNA Shield - Zymor Research http://www.zymoresearch.com/download.../r1100_50d.pdf) for the field collection of RNA in remote areas that we have to hike into for a couple of days. It seems to have a better stabilizing capacity than RNA Later. But was interested to know if anyone has used it, whether it is in fact better than RNALater and what the quality of the RNA was? We are interested in using the RNA from transcriptome sequencing.
