    a probable mistake in Cuffmerge

    Hi,
    I have used cufflinks and then I have used cuff merge to merge expression values for my replicates. the problem is that for a some of the genes, I think the estimated abundance for merged one does not match the abundance in replicates. for instance, the expression values for one of my genes are:
    35.9326, 36.6671, 29.2786
    but the estimated abundance for that gene in cuff merge us 0.02!!!
    Does anybody know what is going one here?
