HTseq Error occured:'need more than 10 values to unpack' in line of sam file

    Dear members of SEQanwers,

I have a HTseq error, witch is not known by this forum.

    Code:
Error occured in line 28113765 of file /mnt/scrap_disk_1/Eric_cold_pilot/7/accepted_hits_sorted.sam.
Error: ('need more than 10 values to unpack', 'line 28113765 of file /mnt/scrap_disk_1/Eric_cold_pilot/7/accepted_hits_sorted.sam')
[Exception type: ValueError, raised in _HTSeq.pyx:1252]
This is the HTseq command line:
    Code:
    python -m HTSeq.scripts.count -s no -t exon -i gene_id -m intersection-strict /mnt/scrap_disk_1/Eric_cold_pilot/7/accepted_hits_sorted.sam Anguilla_anguilla_genome_v1_09_nov_10.gff > 7.tsv;
The strange thing is that the previous samples 1-6 are running fine.
But there is something wrong with the SAM file after sorting (with samtools)???
    Does anyone recognize this error?
Any suggestions how to solve this error?

    Thanks in advance!

16S/ITS Profiling vs. Shotgun Metagenomics: What Changes in Your Workflow?
    by SEQadmin2

NGS has revolutionized clinical microbiology by offering new ways to identify and surveil pathogens without prior knowledge of the target. One popular approach is 16S rRNA and ITS amplicon sequencing, which targets specific microbial markers. But studies are increasingly incorporating shotgun metagenomics, a technique that sequences all DNA from a sample without targeting specific microbial markers. This approach allows more detailed taxonomic classification, detection...

Multiomic Liquid Biopsy: What DNA/RNA Panels Reveal That DNA Alone Can’t
    by SEQadmin2

Tumors contain complex mixtures of cell populations that evolve in response to treatment and host-specific factors. Tissue biopsies provide only static snapshots of a tumor’s state. But what if we could follow that evolution over time using a minimally invasive technique?

Liquid biopsies can detect tumor-derived material circulating in the bloodstream, providing a way to study treatment response, detect emerging resistance, and discover new biomarkers. Circulating
