    Using Kal's test for DE

    Hi all,
    I have been using Kals test on CLC to calculate DE. I did not find any DE after running the test and using a corrected P-Value FDR cut off of <0.05. Im not sure why I did not find any differential expression (Im comparing to mature hermaphrodite flowers from different species with different pollination syndromes).
    I also don't know if I should analyzed the raw expression data, the normalized data and the normalized/transformed data? for this last one should I normalized and then transformed the expression values?
