re-seq with RNA-seq

Hi:
I was wondering whether anybody tried to do targeted re-sequencing from cDNA rather genomic DNA.
I would like to do it on Illumina platform using PCR selection following RT and I was wondering how people incorporated adaptors into their gene-specific PCR selection primers?
