Targeted RNA Seq
I've seen the Levin paper therefore I know targeted RNA-Seq of specific genes/transcripts has been done, but is it commonplace yet?
I haven't seen much more mention of it.
I would have thought there would be high demand for something like this when there is such a need for data reduction?
Do sequencing service providers offer options like this?
