    SCS/RTA upgrade Q-score of 41 fastx toolkit crash

    Hi all,

    upon having our scs/rta upgraded I now have "i" quality scores which is giving fastx toolkit some issues.

    fastx_quality_stats: Invalid quality score value (char 'i' ord 105 quality value 41)

    any thoughts appreciated. thanks!

      Sorry I didn't see this sooner, but if you haven't resolved this issue yet the answer is to upgrade to the latest version of FASTX Toolkit (version 0.0.13). See the explanation in this thread (post #18)
