Unable to create index file in soapaligner

Hello

I have a query regarding soapaligner.

I am unable to create the index file.

when i give the following command

2bwt-builder <sequence file name>

it gives me the error:

ParseFASTToPacked() : Cannot open annotationFileName!


Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.
