Failures to submit errors to http://getsatisfaction.com/gsa

Has anyone else had problems submitting to http://getsatisfaction.com/gsa?

I am able to log in but once I try and submit an error report as per my earlier post, I keep getting bad requests html pages or failure E.g.

This web page is not available
The web page at http://getsatisfaction.com/gsa/topics might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Error 103 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED): Unknown error.

Users are not likely to get any "satisfaction" if they are not able to write on the forum or report errors.
