    Cufflinks/Cuffdiff...what next?

    Hi,

    I have RNA-seq samples that I have run cufflinks on. I am teaching myself to interpret the data. Can someone please let me know what I should do with the output. What is the next step?

    Thanks in advance

    ps. I have been engrossed in trying to understand the bioinformatics, I am impatient to make sense of the biology.
