How to convert BED format to SAM/BAM?

Hi,

I require a junctions file in SAM format and I have it in BED format. I was wondering is there a tool to convert BED to SAM or BED to BAM? (and I can then use samtools to complete the conversion from BAM to SAM).

You can try installing BEDTools and using bedToBam
