I have one line in a pileup file:

Can anyone tell me what exactly ^FA means? I know an aligned short seq starts from this position, but what does FA mean here? I couldn't find any reference. thank you very much.
Looking back at my alignments, I saw some short reads aligned starting from 203, not 202.
