    classify RNA library

    I have a small/Long RNA library containing sequences <200 nt.
    I want to classify the library into different ncRNA families like snoRNA, miRNA, rRNA, tRNA etc, to get the percentage of each.

    Do you know of a good way to classify the content of a small RNA library?
